I spent 17 years living abroad — in the US and the UK — before coming back to France. I know exactly what it feels like to land in a new country with nobody to call who actually speaks your language.

My wife is American. Half my closest friends are expats. When I moved back to Paris, I kept asking myself: why is there no storage service that just makes this easy for people who don't speak French?

So in 2019, I founded Bien Sûr. Since then we've served over 1,200 customers and grown from 1 to 3 facilities. Along the way, I personally looked after hundreds of expats. We've now built a dedicated English-speaking team to take that even further.
